This site is a part-number price lookup service for export quotes — we do not sell online. This page sets out, in one place, how to request a quote, what the price includes, how shipping works, who handles customs, and how lead time is confirmed.

What to send us
Part number(s) + quantity (you can paste several part numbers at once, up to 100). If you also know the machine model or year, send it along — it helps us confirm the exact part, but it is not required.
What the price means
Quotes are unit prices, tax not included, per piece. Freight is not included — it is quoted separately based on the shipping method you choose.
Shipping and customs
How it ships
Air freight / sea freight / international courier — you choose. Urgent items usually go by air or courier; heavy shipments are usually cheaper by sea. We will set out the difference for you in the quote.
Who handles customs
We handle export customs clearance. Import clearance and duties in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility — rates differ by country, so we do not collect them in the quote.
Lead time and stock
Lead time & stock
Lead time is confirmed part by part and quantity by quantity when we quote — it varies a lot, so we do not promise a number of days up front. Stock is on the same basis: confirmed by enquiry. We supply against orders, so we do not label pages as in stock or out of stock.
Common questions
Is tax included?
No. Quotes are unit prices with tax not included, priced per piece.
Who pays freight?
Freight is quoted separately — calculated by the method you choose (air / sea / international courier) and not included in the unit price.
Who handles duties and clearance?
We handle export customs clearance. Import clearance and duties in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
How long is lead time?

What about stock levels?
We do not label stock as available or unavailable. Stock and lead time are always confirmed by enquiry.
